Refund and Returns Policy

At SilkyPret, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Opened, used, or damaged products (unless received damaged) will not be eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a *damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within *48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear pictures/videos of the product and your order details for verification.
• After verification, SilkyPret will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Product Condition

• Customers are advised to check the product and packaging upon delivery.
• Any concern regarding damage, leakage, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• SilkyPret will not be responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used perfumes.
• Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer, unless received damaged or incorrect.
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
• Free gifts, testers, or promotional items provided with an order.

5. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds may be issued via:

1. Bank Transfer
2. Easypaisa / JazzCash
3. Original payment method (where applicable)

6. Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• If a return is requested for a reason unrelated to a mistake by SilkyPret, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
• If the wrong or damaged product was sent due to an error on our side, SilkyPret will cover the applicable shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
